Esprit Place Family Resource Centre offers emergency shelter and assistance for women and children in the District of Parry Sound who find themselves in crisis. Priority is given to women leaving abusive situations. Our Staff provide supportive counselling and information to assist women in changing their lives and the lives of their children. All services and programs are voluntary, free of charge, and confidential.
Friendship Centres are not-for-profit corporations that are mandated to serve the needs of urban Indigenous people by providing culturally appropriate services in urban communities
The Friendship Centre program is designed to improve the quality of life for Aboriginal people in an urban environment by supporting self determined activities which encourage equal access to and participation in Canadian Society and which respects aboriginal cultural distinctiveness.

Harvest Share Community Food Programs is a non-profit, charitable organization based in beautiful Parry Sound.
Our Mission Statement: To improve access to healthy, nutritious food for individuals & families in need in the District of Parry Sound. We do this through various programs such as:
1) Community Food Bank
2) Fresh Food Program
3) Community Meal Programs - Soup Kitchen & Community Suppers
4) Food rescue & Community outreach

Our vision is to protect the sanctity of life in an atmosphere of protection and restoration, while emphasizing the concept of healthy relationships as the basis of a community. We provide relationship support for those with broken pasts, and guidance through tough situations, all in a non-judgmental environment. Our organization empowers women and men face difficult decisions by providing them with the opportunity and resources necessary to hone their decision-making skills.
